For greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and golf course ornamental plantings, Talstar Select insecticide provides long-lasting residual control of turf pests ranging from billbugs and chinch bugs to armyworms, cutworms and webworms without damaging delicate grasses. Talstar can even be used to destroy fire ant colonies and prevent colonies from establishing.
Applied in temperate zone regions when forsythia is in full bloom, it will control over-wintered hyperodes weevil adults for 3-4 weeks.
Talstar Select is non-irritating, non-staining and contains no odorous or plant-damaging solvents. Once it dries, it is virtually impossible to tell where it has been sprayed.
